Simplifying a Complex Investment Workflow

Achieved 43% more active users with a new search page redesign

Our users struggled with the behaviors of our search page, so I conducted a full-page redesign to improve usability and increase engagement by 1.5 times.

Our users thought our existing search page sucked. It actually did, with its tacky design and questionable interaction, so I did a full page redesign to fix the usability and boost enrolment.

Reduced drop-off rates from 50% to 20% with a revamped onboarding flow

We saw a significant decrease in students completing the first onboarding step, so I looked into it and proposed some design changes that other teams initially disliked.
